Common use of Transfer of Personal Information Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Personal Information. In connection with this Agreement and the grant of RSUs, the Company may transfer any personal information referred to in Section 10(a) above outside or within the country in which the Participant works or is employed, including, with respect to non-U.S. resident Participants, to the United States of America, to transferees as described in the Privacy Notice. The transfer of personal information in order to implement, administer, and manage the Plan is justified by reasons other than consent, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
