Common use of Transfer of Registered Notes Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Registered Notes. A Registered Note may be transferred in whole or in part in a Specified Denomination upon the surrender of the Registered Note to be transferred, together with the form of transfer endorsed on it duly completed and executed (and, if applicable, stamped), at the specified office of the Registrar or any Transfer Agent. In the case of a transfer of part only of a Registered Note a new Registered Note in respect of the balance not transferred will be issued to the transferor. A Registered Note may be registered only in the name of, and transferred only to, a named person (or persons, not exceeding four in number).
