Transfer of Represented Employees. The Parties acknowledge that the employees of Marathon Pipe Line LLC were transferred to Marathon Petroleum Logistics Services LLC on or before the Closing Date. The Parties agree to cooperate and shall take all action necessary to effectuate such transfer and shall comply with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreements with respect to any of those employees.
