Transfer of Required Facility Documents. The Security Interests shall provide that if PacifiCorp acts to obtain title to the Facility pursuant to the Security Interests, Seller shall take all steps necessary to transfer all Required Facility Documents necessary to operate the Facility to PacifiCorp, and shall diligently prosecute and cooperate in such transfers.
