Transfer of Responsibilities. Upon expiration or termination of this Contract or an element of this Contract, LIDDA and HHSC shall cooperate to the fullest extent possible to ensure the orderly and safe transfer of responsibilities under this Contract to HHSC or other entity designated by HHSC.
