Transfer of Rights of Title. Delivery shall be effected by making available the Contract Quantity at the Contract Capacity at the Delivery Point. Delivery and receipt of the Contract Quantity, and the transfer from Seller to Buyer of all rights to title free and clear of any adverse claims thereto, shall take place at the Delivery Point.
