Transfer of Rights to Natural Gas. In respect of each Individual Contract the Seller warrants and represents to the Buyer that in each Time Unit it has the right to transfer (or cause to be transferred) to the Buyer full entitlement to the Delivered Quantity at the Delivery Point free and clear of any adverse claims and the Seller shall indemnify and hold harmless the Buyer against any such adverse claims in respect of the Delivered Quantity or any part thereof.
