Common use of Transfer of Servicing Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Servicing. The Servicer agrees that it shall provide written notice to the Master Servicer and the Indenture Trustee thirty days prior to any proposed transfer or assignment by the Seller of the servicing of the Mortgage Loans. In addition, the ability of the Servicer to transfer or assign the servicing hereunder to a successor servicer shall be subject to the following conditions:

Transfer of Servicing. The Servicer Seller agrees that it shall provide written notice to the Master Servicer and the Indenture Trustee thirty days prior to any proposed transfer or assignment by the Seller of the servicing of the Mortgage LoansLoans other than transfer or assignment to the Subservicer. In addition, the ability of the Servicer Seller to transfer or assign the servicing hereunder to a successor servicer shall be subject to the following conditions:

In addition, the ability of the Servicer to transfer or assign the servicing hereunder to a successor servicer shall be subject to the following conditions:
