Common use of Transfer of Servicing Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Servicing. On the applicable Transfer Date, the Purchaser, or its designee, shall assume all servicing responsibilities related to, and the Seller shall cause the Originator to cease all servicing responsibilities related to the related Mortgage Loans subject to such Transfer Date. The Transfer Date shall be the date determined in accordance with Section 6.03 of the Servicing Agreement (with respect to each Mortgage Loan, for an interim period, as specified therein). On or prior to the applicable Transfer Date, the Seller shall cause the Originator shall, at its sole cost and expense, take such steps as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate and evidence the transfer of the servicing of the related Mortgage Loans to the Purchaser, or its designee, including but not limited to the following:
