Transfer of Servicing. On the applicable Transfer Date, the Purchaser, or its designee, shall assume all servicing responsibilities related to, and the Seller shall cease all servicing responsibilities related to the Mortgage Loans. The Transfer Date shall be the date determined in accordance with Section 6.03 of the Interim Servicing Agreement (with respect to each Mortgage Loan, for an interim period, as specified therein).
