Common use of Transfer of SIM from SORACOM Clause in Contracts

Transfer of SIM from SORACOM. (a) SORACOM shall transfer the SIM (it does not matter whether it is a plug-in type or an embedded type) to the Subscriber, and the Subscriber may use such SIM and/or lend such SIM to the Subscriber’s Customer. However, the number of SIM transferred to the Subscriber shall be one SIM per SORACOM Air Global Service channel.
