Common use of Transfer of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Transfer of the Agreement. 12.1 Party B shall not transfer any of its rights or obligations hereunder to any third party without prior written approval of Party A. 12.2 Party B agrees that Party A may transfer any or all of its rights and obligations hereunder to any third party by sending a prior written notice to Party B, and such transfer does not require approval of Party B.
