Transfer of the Agreement. This agreement is entered into in consideration of the Parties’ current equity holdings and specifically in view of the fact that they are both under the control of Casino, Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx. Consequently, no Party may assign or transfer for consideration or gratis the benefits or rights this agreement confers thereon without the other Party’s prior written consent. Under all circumstances, each Party undertakes to inform the third parties concerned of the existence of this article and the restrictions deriving therefrom.
