Transfer of the Agreement. Party B shall not transfer its rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without prior written consent by Party A. Party B hereby agrees that Party A may transfer its rights and obligations hereunder to any third party if required. Party A is not required to obtain the consent from Party B in this regard but should notify it in writing upon the transfer.
