Lessor will not take any action which prejudices Lessee's right to, or under the terms of, any such warranty. If subsequent to the Commencement Date Lessee shall determine that the Equipment is unsatisfactory for any reason including any failure of the Equipment to conform to the specifications set forth in any purchase order, Lessee shall make any claim on account thereof solely against the Supplier and Lessee will give Lessor notice of any such claim made by Lessee against any Supplier and any cash settlement of any such claim will be payable solely to Lessor.
