TRANSFER OF YOUR INTEREST IN THIS POLICY. No person may transfer or assign their rights or duties under this policy or arising therefrom without “our” written consent. If the “named insured” dies, coverage will be provided to a surviving spouse if a resident of the “named insured’s” household at the time of the “named insured’s” death. Coverage will also apply for the operation of an “insured vehicle” by the legal representative of the “named insured” while acting as such. Coverage will terminate at the end of the policy period.
