TRANSFER OR SALE OF MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES. Members have no right to transfer their Membership to any person or entity, whether by a request to transfer the Membership into another name, or by an attempt to transfer the Membership by sale, donation, exchange, will or trust, property settlement, or to creditors, or by any other means.
