Common use of Transfer outside the EEA Clause in Contracts

Transfer outside the EEA. 12.1. The contractor will process personal data from the contracting authority only in a location in the EEA. 12.2. The contractor shall not process or transfer the personal data of the contracting authority, or process them himself or through third parties, outside the European Union, unless after express and explicit prior authorisation from the contracting authority. The contractor will have to ensure that no access to the personal data of the contracting authority by a third party in any way leads to the transfer of these data outside the European Union.
