Transfer Restriction Agreement. Each Member as of the date of this Agreement is also a party to the Transfer Restriction Agreement. As a condition to being admitted as a Member, any other Person must become a party to the Transfer Restriction Agreement, in accordance with the procedures set forth therein. The Transfer Restriction Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C, is incorporated by reference in this Agreement as if fully set forth herein and forms a part of this Agreement.
