Transfer Sequence. a. The teacher applies for transfer prior to March 1. The teacher’s request is acknowledged in writing. b. A list of vacancies for the next school year is posted and includes all existing or newly created positions to which a teacher is not assigned. c. Placements are made; teachers are notified. d. Additional transfer requests are permitted until May 15. e. Notification is given of unsuccessful transfer requests.
