Transfer Station shall include those intermediate waste handling facilities where Solid 2 Wastes are transferred from hauling vehicles to a transfer vehicle and where the Solid Waste or a portion 3 thereof may undergo incidental processing, recycling or further handling before transportation to a 4 disposal site, Solid Waste processing facility, or other facilities. The following facilities do not constitute

Transfer Station. The facility designated by CONTRACTOR and approved by 359 CITY for the receipt, processing and transfer of some or all of the Discarded Material Collected 360 under this Agreement. The Xxxxx Street Transfer Station has been designated by 361 CONTRACTOR as a Transfer Station and approved by CITY pursuant to this Agreement.

Transfer Station. A facility identified by the City as accepting solid waste delivered by the Contractor during the term of this Contract. Proposed Transfer Stations identified may be proposed by the Contractor but must be approved in writing by the City.

Transfer Station. A transfer station is a facility which processes collected solid waste in a particular area for transportation to a solid waste management facility.

Transfer Station. “Transfer Station” means the place or places listed in Exhibit 9 as City- 535 approved locations conveyance of Solid Waste Collected by Contractor into larger vehicles prior to 536 transportation of the Solid Waste to a Disposal Facility or Processing Facility.

Transfer Station. Franchisee shall be required to utilize an approved transfer station. unless it direct hauls material to a landfill or processing facility. The transfer station shall provide for the temporary collection and compaction of solid wasteSolid Waste so that an economical method of transportation of solid wasteSolid Waste to an approved landfill is utilized by Franchisee. For purposes of this Franchise Agreement, an approved transfer station is one holding a valid permit for the temporary storage of municipal solid waste in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Nevada, the Nevada Environmental Commission, and the Washoe County District Board of Health. It shall be the sole responsibility of Franchisee to provide for a transfer station meeting the requirements of this Agreement. Franchisee may comply with this requirement by operating its own transfer station or by entering into an agreement with the operator of a transfer station which meets the requirements of this Agreement.

Transfer Station an intermediate Solid Waste or Yard Waste disposal facility for transferring loads of Solid Waste or Yard Waste to a transportation unit having a larger capacity. There may be volume reduction at the Transfer Station. A Transfer Station may be fixed or mobile. Yard Waste: wastes as defined by 2012 Minnesota Statutes, 115A.03 Definitions, Subd. 38 including: garden wastes, leaves, lawn cuttings, weeds, shrub and tree waste, and prunings.

Transfer Station. Franchisee leases land from the City for a Solid Waste Transfer Station located at 0000 X. Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX. The Solid Waste Transfer Station allows Franchisee to transfer waste materials collected in and around the City of Coalinga to facilitate the economical transport of waste materials to landfills and municipal recycling facilities (MRF). The Solid Waste Transfer Station is required to comply with all development rules, regulations, and standards required of any development within the City as well as those established by the State of California.

Transfer Station. Refers to a facility that receives unprocessed waste, temporarily stores it, and ships it off-site to another facility.
