Transfer StationThe facility designated by CONTRACTOR and approved by 359 CITY for the receipt, processing and transfer of some or all of the Discarded Material Collected 360 under this Agreement. The Xxxxx Street Transfer Station has been designated by 361 CONTRACTOR as a Transfer Station and approved by CITY pursuant to this Agreement.
Transfer StationA facility identified by the City as accepting solid waste delivered by the Contractor during the term of this Contract. Proposed Transfer Stations identified may be proposed by the Contractor but must be approved in writing by the City.
Transfer Station. A transfer station is a facility which processes collected solid waste in a particular area for transportation to a solid waste management facility.

It shall be the sole responsibility of Franchisee to provide for a transfer station meeting the requirements of this Agreement. Franchisee may comply with this requirement by operating its own transfer station or by entering into an agreement with the operator of a transfer station which meets the requirements of this Agreement.
Transfer Station an intermediate Solid Waste or Yard Waste disposal facility for transferring loads of Solid Waste or Yard Waste to a transportation unit having a larger capacity. There may be volume reduction at the Transfer Station. A Transfer Station may be fixed or mobile.
