TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PROGRAM. In the event that you request a transfer to another program, all fees for services rendered must be paid in full in order for ALTO to issue the transfer paperwork. A transfer fee will be assessed.

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PROGRAM. When a parent must withdraw a child from the program, the parent should immediately inform the Director. The Director will send a copy of the child’s permanent record d to the Religious Education Program to which the child is transferring. Arrival, Lateness and Absences Parents assume full responsibility for the transportation of their children to and from the parish site where Religious Education sessions take place. Arrival The Religious education Sessions take place at the following times: Monday 4:00-5:30 pm grades 3-4-5 Tuesday 4:00-5:30 pm grades 3-4-5 Tuesday 6:30-8 pm grades 6-7 Wednesday 4:00-5:30 pm grades 1-2 Wednesday 6:30-8 pm grade 8 Thursday 4:00-5:30 pm grades 1-2 Friday 4:00-5:30 pm grades 6-7 Supervision of the children will be provided beginning at 3:50 & 6:20 No child should be on the parish premises before this time unless accompanied by an authorized adult. On arriving for Religious Education, the parent brings the child directly to the parish center.

  • Mentor Program a. Each new Bargaining Unit Member (first year employee) shall be assigned a mentor. An exception may be made, as determined by the Superintendent, for new part-time Bargaining unit Members of whom have prior service in the same program operated by the Board. The Superintendent may elect to nominate one of the candidates to the Board of Education for assignment, or ask the Association President and Lead Mentor/Resident Educator Coordinator for additional nominations.

  • Resident Educator Program The four-year program is designed to provide newly licensed Ohio educators quality mentoring and guidance. Successful completion of the residency program is required to advance to a five-year professional educator license.
