Transfer to Brokerage Firm. When a Licensee transfers to Brokerage Firm, Licensee shall abide by this Manual and the Brokerage Firm’s Independent Contractor Agreement. Broker and the transferring Licensee shall jointly and severally have responsibility for completing the proper transfer of the license. Licensee shall work as an independent contractor and agent of Brokerage Firm and will, prior to actively engaging in any real estate activities, sign Brokerage Firm's independent contractor agreement.
