Transfer to Other Principals (1) You may transfer escrow securities within escrow:
Transfer Subject to Section 6(b)(ii), neither this Agreement nor any interest or obligation in or under this Agreement may be transferred (whether by way of security or otherwise) by either party without the prior written consent of the other party, except that:—
Transfer to Lower Paid Duties Where an employee is transferred to lower paid duties by reason of redundancy the same period of notice must be given as the employee would have been entitled to if the employment had been terminated and the employer may at the employer’s option, make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new ordinary time rate for the number of weeks of notice still owing.
RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
Electronic Fund Transfers Your Account allows you to withdraw funds up to the Available Balance or make deposits through electronic fund transfers (“EFTs”). EFTs are transactions that are processed by electronic means and include, among others, ACH transfers, debit card transactions and direct deposits. This Section provides you with information and important disclosures and terms about the EFTs that are permitted on your Account. You may also receive additional services through Online Banking Services provided by the Program Partner, that allow you to initiate EFTs to and from your Account that are not described in this Agreement. In the event the Program Partner provides such additional services, you will be provided separate agreements and disclosures applicable to those services by the Program Partner.
