Transferring Room Types Sample Clauses
The 'Transferring Room Types' clause defines the conditions under which a guest or party may change from one type of room to another within a hotel or lodging facility. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting a transfer, any associated fees, and the availability requirements that must be met for a transfer to occur. For example, a guest may wish to upgrade from a standard room to a suite, subject to availability and possible price adjustments. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear framework for handling room type changes, ensuring both parties understand the procedures and any financial implications, thereby reducing disputes and confusion.
