Common use of Transferring Students Clause in Contracts

Transferring Students. For students transferring to the Charter School from other school districts, District-operated schools or District affiliated charter schools, the Charter School will provide those related services required by the students’ IEPs immediately upon the students’ enrollment regardless of the type of service provider (i.e., school-based or NPA). IEP team meetings for such students will be held within thirty (30) days of the student’s enrollment in accordance with state and federal law.
