Transfers After Completion of Trial Period - Regular and Relief. 6.2.1 A Nurse of the Hospital who has completed the trial period shall be eligible for transfer to a position represented under this Agreement. Such transfer shall be in accordance with applicable transfer procedures of this Agreement. A Nurse who transfers to a position represented under this Agreement shall maintain her/his adjusted hire date, and shall be eligible for benefits and other terms in accordance with this Agreement based on the employee’s adjusted hire date, if any. Nothing in this Agreement shall permit the involuntary transfer of a Nurse from a position represented by CRONA to a position not represented by CRONA.
