Completion of Probationary Period. An employee who has completed the probationary period may be suspended without pay or discharged only for cause. An employee who has completed the probationary period and is suspended without pay or discharged shall have access to the grievance procedure.
Completion of Probationary Period. An employee who has completed the probationary period may be suspended without pay, discharged or disciplined only for just cause by the school district in accordance with Article XI of this Agreement.
Completion of Probationary Period. Employees who complete a successful probationary period shall be regarded as regular employees and will be disciplined or discharged only for cause as outlined below.

Not later than the end of the twelfth (12th) month of service, the employee’s supervisor shall make a written recommendation for retention or release of the employee. Prior to the end of the employee’s probationary period, the employee shall be notified in writing of his/her retention or release from County service. Should the employee not receive notification by the end of the twelve-month period, the employee may make written request for written response from the Sheriff regarding his/her status. The Sheriff shall respond within seven (7) days to inform the employee of his/her release or successful completion of the probationary period.

Completion of Probationary Period. A) Upon successful completion of the initial probationary period and recommendation of the Permanent Head, the Chair shall appoint the employee to permanent status.
B) Upon successful completion of the subsequent probationary period and recommendation of the Permanent Head, the Chair shall appoint the employee permanent in the position.
C) No employee shall be appointed permanent prior to expiry of the applicable probationary period.
D) Labour Service employees shall be appointed to permanent status by the Permanent Head.
Completion of Probationary Period. An employee who has completed the probationary period may be suspended without pay or dismissed only for cause. Except in cases that warrant immediate dismissal (as described in paragraph 2), the school district shall give the employee two weeks notice or pay the employee two weeks wages and terminate him/her immediately. An employee may be dismissed immediately for the following reasons:
