The Landlord shall have the right from time to time to sell or mortgage its interest in the Property, the Building and the Premises, to assign its interest in this Lease, or to assign froM tune to time the whole or any portion of the Basic Rent, Additional Rent or other sums and charges at any time paid or payable hereunder by the Tenant to the Landlord, to any Mortgagees or other transferees designated by the Landlord in duly recorded instruments, and in any such case the Tenant shall pay the Basic Rent, Additional Rent and such other sums and charges so assigned, subject to the terms of this Lease, upon demand to such Mortgagees and other transferees at the addresses mentioned in and in accordance with the terms of such instruments. -
