Sale, Conveyance and Assignment. Nothing in this Lease shall restrict the right of Landlord to sell, convey, assign or otherwise deal with the Building, subject only to the rights of Tenant under this Lease.

Sale, Conveyance and Assignment. Subject only to Tenant's rights under this Lease, nothing in this Lease will restrict Landlord's right to sell, convey, assign or otherwise deal with the Building or Landlord's interest under this Lease. A sale, conveyance or assignment of the Building will automatically release Landlord from liability under this Lease from and after the effective date of the transfer, except for any liability relating to the period prior to such effective date; Tenant will look solely to landlord's transferee for performance of Landlord's obligations relating to the period after such effective date. (b) For purposes of this Agreement, the “CA IP” shall collectively mean (i) the name(s) under which the Premises is being operated, including “RISE on Apache” or “RISE”, (ii) any right, title or interest to use any marks identifying the Premises, including, without limitation, those relating to “RISE on Apache” or “RISE” and names related thereto, (iii) all domain names and the URL internet address and proprietary content currently used for the marketing or operation of the Premises and any related domain names and URL internet addresses, (iv) all existing logos relating to the Property, (v) all Facebook, Instagram and Tik-Tok accounts and pages for the Premises, and (vi) any brochures, marketing materials, or interior or exterior signage featuring “RISE on Apache” or “RISE”.
