Transfers Outside Unit. No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the Bargaining Unit without his/her consent.
Transfers Outside Unit. (a) No employee can be permanently transferred to a position outside of the Bargaining Unit without her consent. The Employer may temporarily transfer an employee to a position outside of the Bargaining Unit with the employee's consent.
(b) At the time of transfer, the employee shall retain earned seniority, but no additional seniority shall accumulate until the employee returns to the Bargaining Unit position.
(c) An employee transferred out of the Bargaining Unit can be returned to her previous position if the return occurs within one (1) year of transfer. No Bargaining Unit employee shall be laid off as a result of the return of the transferred employee. If the employee is a new hire, layoff and recall provisions shall apply.

In the case of a disqualification from the Plant Wide Utility classification, such disqualification will result in termination.
