Transfers to Affiliates. Each party may sell, transfer, assign and convey an interest in the Property to an Affiliate of such party, provided such party delivers to the other party notice of such assignment and provided that before such Affiliate ceases to be an Affiliate of such party, the interest assigned to such Affiliate must be assigned back to such party.
