Transfers to other countries. If, and to the extent, the Processing of Customer Personal Data which is subject to Data Protection Laws of the EEA Extended Countries includes transfers by Customer from the Extended EEA Countries to Wiz in countries outside the Extended EEA Countries which have not been subject to an Adequacy Decision (“Third Countries”), the Parties agree that such transfers shall be undertaken on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses, which will be deemed to have been signed by each Party on the Effective Date of this Agreement, are incorporated herein by reference and construed in accordance with Schedule 2 below, unless another mechanism provided for in the Data Protection Laws of the applicable Extended EEA Country applies.
