TRANSFERS AND PROMOTIONS. Section 1. Notices of lateral transfer opportunities shall be posted for at least five (5) days on division bulletin boards and in branch offices. If an employee desires to transfer, he/she must submit a written request to Human Resources.

TRANSFERS AND PROMOTIONS. 25.1 No employee shall be transferred outside Monterey County without the employee’s consent. An employee shall not be penalized for refusing to accept such a transfer. An employee who accepts a transfer outside of Monterey County shall be reimbursed an appropriate amount for moving expenses, as determined by the Employer.
