Common use of Transfers to PublicCo Clause in Contracts

Transfers to PublicCo. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, certain Persons may Transfer their Units to PublicCo in exchange for the Class A Common Stock or Class B Common Stock of PublicCo, pursuant to the terms of the Bresnan Exchange Agreement, the CII Exchange Agreement, and certain employee option/compensatory plans and agreements of the Company.

Transfers to PublicCo. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this AgreementSection 7.1, from and after the Class B Common Measuring Date, certain Persons Members may Transfer their Units to PublicCo in exchange for the Class A Common Stock or Class B Common Stock of PublicCo, pursuant to the terms of the Falcon Exchange Agreement, the Bresnan Exchange Agreement, the CII Exchange Agreement, and certain employee option/compensatory plans and agreements of the Company.
