Common use of Transfers to the TFSA Clause in Contracts

Transfers to the TFSA. You may request a transfer of amounts to the TFSA from another “TFSA” or any other source permitted under the Act or other applicable legislation. The Trustee may, in its sole discretion refuse to accept the property into the TFSA for any reason whatsoever and authorizes to transfer out of the TFSA to the Holder, without notice, any property of the TFSA the Trustee believes is not or may not be a Qualified Investment. The terms and conditions of the TFSA will be subject to any additional terms or conditions that may be required to complete the transfer according to applicable legislation.
