Transfers to Third Parties. 11.1. The transmission of personal data to third parties in any way is in principle prohibited, unless required by law or if the contractor has obtained explicit authorisation from the contracting authority to do so. 11.2. In the event that a legal obligation applies to the transfer of personal data, which is the subject of this Agreement, to third parties, the contractor shall inform the contracting authority before the transfer.
