Electronic Fund Transfer Services. At the present time, the following types of electronic fund transfers to or from your account(s) in the Credit Union may be authorized: Transfers TO your account(s) (credits): • Deposit of payroll deductions from various employers that have agreed to send such deposits to us (contact us to see if your employer is one of them) • Direct deposit of various governmental benefits • Deposit(s) from any third party through the facilities of the Federal Reserve • Automatic transfers to your account(s) from another person's account with us Transfers FROM your account(s) (debits): • Automatic deduction from your account of premiums for insurance coverage available to our members • Payments of your house mortgage payments, insurance payments and utility bills, as well as other types of payments to third parties, through the facilities of the Federal Reserve • Telephone bill payment services • Automatic transfers from your account(s) to another person's account with us • Automatic transfers from your account(s) to make payments on another person's loan owed to us AUTOMATED CLEARING HOUSE TRANSFER SERVICES: We offer preauthorized EFT services through the Federal Reserve. We are able to electronically transfer available funds from your account(s) to accounts at other financial institutions or receive funds electronically from other financial institutions for deposit to your account. Because you must authorize such transfers in advance, these transfers are called "Preauthorized Transfers." Some of the services offered as preauthorized transfers are direct deposit of payroll, social security and other government payments, and automatic bill payment services. AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM) TRANSACTIONS: If you have a debit card (which contains a Visa hologram); along with a Personal Identification Number (PIN), you can use it to make any or all of the following transactions at any participating automated teller machine networks. Some transactions listed below may not be available to all networks: • Deposits to your Savings Account, Checking Account, and Money Market • Cash withdrawals from your Checking Account, Classic Savings Accounts, and Money Market • Transfer of funds (non-cash) from your Classic Savings Accounts to your Checking Account; from your Classic Savings Accounts or Checking to loan payment(s) • Verify balances in specified savings, checking, or loan accounts that you have with us (these are not "electronic fund transfers") POINT OF SALE TRANSACTIONS (POS):...

DIRECT DEPOSITS – If, in connection with a direct deposit plan, we deposit any amount in this account which should have been returned to the Federal Government for any reason, you authorize us to deduct the amount of our liability to the Federal Government from this account or from any other account you have with us, without prior notice except as prohibited by law. We may also use any other legal remedy to recover the amount of our liability. Deposit(s) from any third party through the facilities of the Payment Authority of which we are a member.) Automatic transfers to your account(s) from another person’s account with us. Transfers FROM your account(s) (debits): Automatic deduction from your account of premium for insurance coverage available only to our members. Cash withdrawals from your Regular Share account and Share Draft/Checking account. Transfer of funds (non-cash) between Shares, Share Draft, and Line of Credit. Verify balances in specified savings, checking, or loan accounts that you have with us. (Those are not “electronic fund transfers”.)
Electronic Fund Transfer Services. 1. We may provide you, either ourselves or through a service provider we may hire, with electronic funds transfer ("EFT") or EFT services, which allow you to authorize and direct us, from time to time, on your behalf, to make transfers of funds (subject to the sufficiency of funds provisions set forth in the HSA Documentation) to third parties in the amounts specified by you.

Transfers from your account(s). • Debits from ACH originators and bill payment services. • Automatic transfers to another person’s account in the credit union. • Automatic transfers from your account to make payments on another member’s loan or account in the credit union. • Transfers between accounts. ATM Transactions. If you have our debit card for which we have issued a PIN, you can use it to make some or all of the following transactions at ATMs. • Deposits to your savings or checking or payments to your line of credit. • Cash withdrawals from your savings or checking. • Transfers to and from your savings or checking. • Account balance inquiries.

Electronic Fund Transfer Services. The following terms are used to describe Electronic Fund Transfer (“EFT”) services. “Automated credits” or “direct deposits” are deposits made to your Account by electronic means. “Automated debits” and “automated payments” indicate payments authorized by you to be made from your Account by electronic means. “Online Transfers” are the movement of funds between your Account by use of the Mobile App or the Website. When you accept direct deposits or authorize automatic payments/debits or transfers to or from your Account, you agree to these terms and conditions. Other relevant terms and conditions described elsewhere in the Agreement also apply as long as they are consistent with Regulation E or Section II of this Agreement.
Electronic Fund Transfer Services. General Rules for Electronic Fund Transfer Services This section includes references to Regulation E, which provides certain protections and responsibilities. We offer a variety of electronic fund transfer services you can use to access funds in your account(s) and perform other transactions detailed in this section. We describe some of these services in this section and provide certain disclosures that apply to the use of electronic fund transfer services with your consumer account. Some of these services are governed by separate agreements we give to you at the time your card is mailed, or you sign up for the service (e.g., ATM and debit cards, online, and mobile banking). When you read this section, you will see references to Regulation E or Reg E. This regulation applies to transactions you can perform using your card to access your account, such as purchases and ATM transactions. Regulation E also applies to other types of electronic fund transfers you can make from or to your account, such as payments made using Bill Pay and the direct deposit of your paycheck into your account. Regulation E sets forth the basic rights, liabilities, and responsibilities of consumers who use electronic fund transfers and of the banks or other persons who offer these services. It includes the actions you need to take if you believe your card, your card number, or your Personal Identification Number (PIN) has been lost or stolen, or if you notice an error or unauthorized electronic fund transfer on your account and the rules regarding your potential liability for these transfers. Your responsibilities and protections under Regulation E are described in more detail in the “Electronic Fund Transfer Disclosures” section. For unauthorized card transactions, in addition to the rights you have under Regulation E, Credit Union Zero Liability protection provides you with added protection from liability. For details, see “Zero Liability protection” in the “Debit Cards and ATM Cards” section of this Agreement.
