Transfers within a Point. For Locations within the same Point, vacancies will be awarded first by honoring local transfer requests that are on file from employees in the following order: (i) Basic positions from existing employees in the same work status at Locations within that Point by basic bid seniority; (ii) Lead positions from existing Leads at Locations within that Point by Lead bid seniority, and thereafter from among qualified employees in the basic classification from the Locations within that Point by basic bid seniority in the following sequence; (A) Leads with an Area Transfer Request on file using Lead bid seniority. (B) Employees with a recall right to the Lead classification at the location (there is no recall to the Point for Leads) using furlough recall seniority provided their seniority can hold the basic classification in the same work status. (C) Post the position in the Point and award in the following order: (1) Basic or Specialty employees in the same work status using basic bid seniority. (2) Basic or Specialty employees in the alternate work status with a recall right to the Lead classification using furlough recall seniority. (3) Basic or Specialty employees in the alternate work status using basic bid seniority. (D) Post the position to the system and award to employees in the same basic classification using basic bid seniority. (E) Competitive transfers from IAM employees. (iii) Specialty positions from existing qualified employees in the same basic or Lead classification at that Location, and thereafter from among qualified employees in the same basic or Lead classification within that Point by basic bid seniority. (A) Basic or Lead Ramp Service Employees in the same work status in the Location. (B) Basic or Lead Ramp Service Employees in the alternate work status in the Location. (C) Basic or Lead Ramp service employees in the same work status in the Point. (D) Basic or Lead Ramp service employees in the alternate work status in the Point. (E) Post the position to the system and award to employees in the Basic or Lead Ramp service classification using basic bid seniority. (F) Competitive transfers from IAM employees.

(4) Basic or Specialty employees in the alternate work status using basic bid seniorityseniority and are either already in the Lead Pool or take and pass the Lead assessment described in 3.a (which places the employee in the Lead Pool) by the close of the posting.
(5) Basic employees in the alternate work status at the location using basic bid seniority and are not in the Lead Pool by the close of the posting but pass the Lead assessment described in 3.a (which places the employee in the Lead Pool) within 7 days after the close of the posting.
(D) Post the position to the system and award to employees in the same basic classification using basic bid seniorityseniority and pass the Lead assessment described in 3.a (which places the employee in the Lead Pool) within 7 days after the close of the posting.
(E) Competitive transfers transfer from IAM employees.
(iii) Specialty positions from existing qualified employees in the same basic or Lead classification at that Location, and thereafter from among qualified employees in the same basic or Lead classification within that Point by basic bid seniority.
(A) Basic or Lead Ramp Service Employees in the same work status in the Location.
(B) Basic or Lead Ramp Service Employees in the alternate work status in the Location.
(C) Basic or Lead Ramp service employees in the same work status in the Point.
(D) Basic or Lead Ramp service employees in the alternate work status in the Point.
(E) Post the position to the system and award to employees in the Basic or Lead Ramp service classification using basic bid seniority.
(F) Competitive transfers from IAM employees.
