TRANSFERS WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT. Section 11.1 MEET AND CONFER REGARDING TRANSFER POLICY The City and RPOA agree to meet and confer regarding the department transfer policy. The Riverside Police Department Policy and Procedure Number 5.20 Transfer Policy shall be incorporated into this Memorandum of Understanding.
