Transient Use. If you are trip planning or otherwise planning to have your Boat away from the Marina for forty eight (48) hours or more, you will notify the Marina. In such cases, the Xxxxxx xxx rent your Boat Slip to transient boat owners while your Boat Slip is not used by the agreement holder.
