Common use of Transition from a Previous Certification Logo Clause in Contracts

Transition from a Previous Certification Logo. Where a Licensee is already using a previous version of the Certification Logo in respect of any Certified Product, the Licensee may continue such use in the short term. However, the Licensee should transition to use of the Certification Logo set out in Paragraph 3.1 above (in lieu of the previous Certification Logo) as soon as possible.
