Transition Period For DS Sample Clauses

Transition Period For DS. 1 Loops. 3.4.1.2.1 For a 12-month period beginning on March 11, 2005, any DS1 Loop UNEs that RNK leased from Verizon as of that date, but which Verizon is not obligated to unbundle pursuant to Section 3.4.1.1 above, shall be available for lease from Verizon at a rate equal to the higher of (a) 115% of the rate RNK paid for the loop element on June 15, 2004, or (b) 115% of the rate the Board has established or establishes, if any, between June 16, 2004, and March 11, 2005, for that loop element. Where Verizon is not required to provide unbundled DS1 Loops pursuant to Section 3.4.1.1, RNK may not obtain new DS1 Loops as unbundled network elements.
