DS1 Loops. To the extent the Agreement otherwise requires Verizon to provide RNK with unbundled access to § 251(c)(3) DS1 Loops (this section not being intended to create any such obligation in the first instance) the following provisions shall apply notwithstanding any such requirement: 3.4.1.1 Effective as of March 11, 2005, and subject to the transition requirements set forth in Sections 3.4.1.2 and 3.6.3 below: 3.4.1.1.1 Verizon shall provide RNK with nondiscriminatory access to a DS1 Loop on an unbundled basis to any building not served by a Wire Center with at least 60,000 Business Lines and at least four Fiber-Based Collocators. Once a Wire Center exceeds both of these thresholds, no future DS1 Loop unbundling will be required in that Wire Center. 3.4.1.1.2 RNK may obtain a maximum of ten unbundled DS1 Loops to any single building in which DS1 Loops are available as unbundled loops.

DS1 Loops. Sprint will provide DS1 Loops except where the Commission or FCC has determined that requesting telecommunications carriers are not impaired without access to unbundled DS1 Loops at a specific end-user location. For DS1 Loops that are operational on the date the Commission or FCC makes a finding of no impairment, CLEC will transition the DS1 Loops to another service within a time frame established by the Commission or agreed to by the Parties.
DS1 Loops. A DS1 loop is a digital local loop having a total digital signal speed of 1.544 megabytes per second. DS1 loops include, but are not limited to, two- wire and four-wire copper loops capable of providing high-bit rate digital subscriber line services, including T1 services.
DS1 Loops. 45.8.1. Subject to the cap in Section 45.8.2, CenturyLink will provide CLEC nondiscriminatory access to a DS1 Loop on an unbundled basis to any building not served by a Wire Center with at least 60,000 Business Lines and at least four Fiber-based Collocators. Once a Wire Center exceeds both of these thresholds, no future DS1 loop unbundling will be required in that wire center. DS1 loops include, but are not limited to, two-wire and four-wire Copper Loops capable of providing high-bit rate digital subscriber line services, including T1 services. The Wire Centers that meet these requirements as of the date of this Agreement are listed on Exhibit A. 45.8.2. CLEC may obtain a maximum of ten unbundled DS1 loops to any single building in which DS1 loops are available as unbundled loops. 45.8.3. Where CenturyLink is not required to provide unbundled DS1 loops pursuant to Sections 45.8.1 and 45.8.2, CLEC may not obtain new DS1 loops as UNEs. 45.8.4. Any DS1 loops that CLEC previously leased from CenturyLink but which CenturyLink is not obligated to unbundle pursuant to Sections 45.8.1 and 45.8.2, are subject to the following: (a) Such DS1 Loops must be converted to an alternative service arrangement within thirty (30) Days of the Effective Date of this Agreement. If CLEC fails to submit the necessary orders to convert the DS1 Loops to an alternative service arrangement within thirty (30) Days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, CenturyLink will convert the DS1 Loops to comparable access services at applicable rates. CenturyLink will assess the conversion charge and a management fee for the work performed by CenturyLink on behalf of CLEC. (b) Any service provided to CLEC by CenturyLink after 03/10/06 over DS1 Loops that CenturyLink was no longer required to unbundle shall be subject to billing at applicable rates for comparable access services, provided however, that such access rates shall not apply until ninety (90) Days after CenturyLink was no longer required to unbundled such facilities. 45.8.5. If CenturyLink identifies Wire Centers in addition to those listed on Exhibit A that exceed the DS1 Loop threshold, CenturyLink will provide CLEC notice in accordance with the notice provisions of this Agreement and CenturyLink will also post such information on its website. DS1 Loops. In accordance with Rule 51.319(a)(4)(i), SBC shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC’s request, with nondiscriminatory access to DS1 Loops on an unbundled basis to any Building not served by (a) a wire center with at least 60,000 business lines and (b) at least four fiber-based collocators. Embarq will assess the conversion charge and a management fee for the work performed by Embarq on behalf of CLEC. Embarq will issue a credit to CLEC for the service order/conversion charge in Table One for conversion orders submitted prior to 12/11/05. 45.6.3.2. If CLEC has ordered new UNE DS1 Loop in Wire Centers identified on Exhibit A since 3/11/05, those UNEs will be converted to comparable access services and the applicable rates for such comparable access services will apply back to 3/11/05. 45.6.4. Where Embarq is not required to provide unbundled DS1 loops pursuant to Sections 45.6.5. If Embarq identifies Wire Centers in addition to those listed on Exhibit A that exceed the DS1 Loop threshold, Embarq will provide CLEC notice in accordance with the notice provisions of this Agreement. DS1 Loops. In accordance with Rule 51.319(a)(4)(i), AT&T shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC’s request, with nondiscriminatory access to DS1 Loops on an unbundled basis to any building not served by (a) a Wire Center with at least 60,000 business lines and (b) at least four fiber-based collocators. Once the wire center meets the requirements of Section 4.0 and the Wire Center exceeds both of these thresholds, no future DS1 Loop unbundling will be required of AT&T in that Wire Center, except as otherwise set forth in this Attachment. 3.1.2.1 In accordance with Rule 51.319(a)(4)(ii), AT&T is not obligated to provision to CLEC more than ten unbundled DS1 Loops to any single Building in which DS1 Loops are available as unbundled Loops.
