Common use of Transition Plan Development Clause in Contracts

Transition Plan Development. Verisity will work closely with LSI Logic to build and execute a robust plan for the transition of Mintsim features to Specman Plus. Key Mint personnel designated by LSI Logic will meet with Verisity on a quarterly basis, as required, for the purpose of providing inputs for the definition of Mintsim related enhancements for Specman Plus. Unless otherwise agreed to by LSI Logic, the quarterly review will be held at the Mint facility in Massachusetts.
