Transition Services Agreement and Supply Agreements. The Parties shall, and shall cause their Affiliates to, negotiate in good faith to finalize (i) the Transition Services Agreement, on terms and conditions consistent with Exhibit A and (ii) the Supply Agreements, on terms and conditions consistent with Exhibit B.
