TRANSITION TO THE AGREEMENT. 30.1 Any grievance filed after ratification of this Agreement shall be dealt with according to the provisions of Article 22, and the action or actions being grieved shall be judged according to the procedures, practices and criteria prevailing on the day on which the events giving rise to the grievance occurred. 30.2 Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, terms and conditions of employment for appointments commencing September 1, 2004 shall be in accordance with this Agreement. 30.3 The Joint Liaison Committee shall be responsible for recommending to the Parties such arrangements as may be necessary to ensure an orderly transition to the provisions of this Agreement.
