Transitional Employment Terms. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ employment with UHS will terminate at the close of business on March 31, 2013 (“the Transition Period”), unless his employment is terminated at an earlier date in accordance with Paragraph 1(g) below (the “Departure Date”). Except as provided in this Agreement, all privileges of employment will end as of the Departure Date.
