Common use of Transitional Seats Clause in Contracts

Transitional Seats. The Contractor shall provide a total of 0 full-time equivalent seats. If the Contractor agrees to provide additional Transitional seats for MPS pupils, a Request for Change of Contract Change Form shall be signed by the parties. The Request for Change of Contract Change Form shall specify the number of Transitional seats contracted for and the amount paid by the board to Contractor for these seats. These Transitional seats shall be filled by the MPS OfficeDepartment of Contracted School Services as needed throughout the school year. Contractor shall be paid for these Transitional seats even if they are not filled by MPS.
