Transitioning of Employees. 37.5.1. If an Employee is replaced, reassigned or re-appointed, the replacement Employee shall be required to work with the Employee to be replaced for a transition period, where reasonably possible. 37.5.2. All costs associated with training the replacement Employee shall be borne by the Service Provider.
